1.) When, How do I post goals my 1-3 goals for the month?
Goals are posted to the group with'in the first 3 days of any new month. My preference in keeping it to only adding new goals in the first 3 days of the month is that by putting a limit on the days that we accept new goals for the month, it allows us to set our group then circle the wagons and support one another for that month. If new goals continue to get added through the month, it's harder for me to keep track and overall "score" for the month.
If you join the Factory on any day after the first 3 days, you can still take part in the community, support the community and take part in many of the adjunct goals that we have that organically spring up during the month, but the public posting of new goals is reserved for the first 3 days of the new month.
2.) I'm Afraid I'm Going To Fail On My Goals, So I Don't Post Them
All the more reasons to post goals, if the goals are not structured well, it does open the door to uncompleted goals, we've seen alot of goals posted, see the video above for insights on the best way to structure goals for long term success.

No, Transforming our lives often starts at the food, the healthier the food, the healthier we feel which then helps us have the energy to break through our goals. the Factory is for most all goals, food and exercise is just one component.
